How To Make A Rosemary Coffee Cocktail

Ondrej Hurtik of Doubleshot in the Czech Republic dazzled judges with his second-place finish at the 2015 World Coffee In Good Spirits Championship in Gothenburg, Sweden. The WCIGS is a competition that blends coffee and spirits together into a series of delightful cocktails, and we can’t get enough of it. But did you know that the United States isn’t represented in the global competition?

We hope that changes soon. So much so, in fact, we hope that there are several small-scale versions of this event in regions around the USA—can you imagine? The cross-pollination of industries coming together as one? Cocktails and coffee, just chilling out together, no big deal? Sounds awesome.

But I digress—let’s talk Rosemary Coffee Cocktail. The one and only Ondrej Hurtik spun his out by infusing Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge with coffee, some Czech gin, a little Fentimans Rose Lemonade, and the pièce de résistance: a fine iced filter coffee. The results? Delicious. The recipe? See below.
